Default No Internet all of a sudden (Curve 8330)

Please Login to Remove!

I seemed to have lost my internet access since Friday, can't get online, nor receive email. Anyone have an insight?

Is your network indicator 1XEV or 1xev? If it's the latter, click the Network Manager icon and uncheck the box next to your 3G connection to shut off the receiver. Wait 30 seconds and recheck the box to re-enable the receiver. If this doesn't help, try registering your host routing table and/or resending service books. If that doesn't help, do a battery pull. If that doesn't help, call Verizon.

Guys - I just reset my phone and that did the trick (took out battery and put back in). I knew there was something I needed to do!

The battery pull should be the first troubleshooting step that you take.

Resending service books is the second.

Those two tend to fix the majority of problems.
