Question Psycho BB

Please Login to Remove!

Yesterday while out my BB went wild, in the middle of the store it started ringing then changed the ringtone and kept ringing, I tried at first to answer but there was no call, I could not get it to quit so I turned the unit off it continued to ring about 30- 45 seconds after the unit was off. Out of the store I turned the unit back on and it started to ring again, I had to pull the battery to get it to quit. Now it is working as usual but I would like to know what caused the problem. Any ideas?

You are the one with the answers.

What did you do or what, if anything, happened to the device before this happened? Drops? Moisture exposure? New applications? New themes? ...

Any other strange behavior?

Hopefully it was just a stray electron, so to speak, and you'll never see it again.

This isn't exactly the same, but I had a Windows Mobile phone once that would randomly start dialing numbers if I walked in certain areas. Perhaps EMF could cause this.

No new themes, apps had been added about 3 days earlier, the bb was in my purse so no moisture, last drop was about a week earlier. No problem since Saturday, the lady standing next to me in the store was watching and decided it was haunted, I am inclined to agree with her.

No idea what happened. If it happens again, see if you can figure out a pattern to when it occurs. That's best answer I have.
