I am trying to transfer my contacts from one 8330 to another and it keeps hanging up it transfers my messages but hangs up when it gets to my phone numbers. Is this just a software issue and I need a new cd or something more? I dont want to have to input all those contacts by hand.

You can do a wireless transfer through google and yahoo? through BIS. I know carriers like Verizon, have a wireless transfer with their phones. I make the comment because your phone reads 8330. If you are with Sprint they may have a similiar feature as well.
