Replacement 8330 with BES My new 8330 was reimaged via BES and everything works well except my personal email. I am assuming I should delete the profile and recreate it, but not sure. Any help appreciated. Eric |
Log in to your BIS account a resend your service books. This can be done from the handheld itself, or the web using your carrier's BIS portal. |
Is it blocked by the company IT Policy by any chance? |
