Replacement 8330 with BES
My new 8330 was reimaged via BES and everything works well except my personal email. I am assuming I should delete the profile and recreate it, but not sure. Any help appreciated.
Log in to your BIS account a resend your service books.
This can be done from the handheld itself, or the web using your carrier's BIS portal.
Is it blocked by the company IT Policy by any chance?
