Default 8320 bbm/pin messaging problem

I just bought an unlocked 8320 Bb curve, using it on the tmobile network, and am hooked up to a data plan. For some reason, I am unable to send or receive pin messages or send or receive bbm invites. I am running Os 4.5.0.188 and the newest version of bbm. Any help wold be greatly appreciated

What Data Plan?

You MUST have THE Blackberry Data Plan or on US Tmobile, the Blackberry Feature Enabler.

I checked my t-mobile account, and I am on a Blackberry Unlimited Web account

Unlimited web, only?

Check with them and see if that includes ALL data?
