Then you might want to contact your IT Department. They might re-activate your device for you.
However if they also tell you to try the fix you found, depending how nice your IT department is.
What might be worth a try, wipe your BlackBerry sync over the wire using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, verify all your contacts are in your BlackBerry then activate it on the BES. That is not guaranteed fix however.
