Help with 8330 curve
 

I have a 8330 curve I got new from Best Buy. It is the 60 month unlimited service plan. The problem I have is trying to get the internet to work correct. When I try to go on it will come up but then I am not able to type anything in to search or if I try to check a yahoo account from there it will take me to the login but again it will not let me type the info in. This is my first Blackberry and it seems to work fine other than that. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Any help thanks.

You need a BB data plan.

I thought it came with a date plan. The boost mobile plan says it is unlimited, talk, texting and internet. Am I wrong ?

You need to hop over to Boost's BlackBerry page. Click Create Account and enter your BlackBerry's MEID and PIN (can be found under the battery or on the side of the box). Then it will push service books to your Berry and let you set up your email.

The email works fine. I have two accounts set up. It is when i go tot the internet is where I have problems. Like say you jump on the internet type in yahoo, it comes up to sign in to check the email. It will not let you sign in that way.Can't type anything in there. Or any other web address for that matter. This is my first black berry and it may be something simple.

Have you called BOOST yet?

When you're at the search fields, are you clicking in the boxes where you type? Just hovering the cursor over them isn't enough.
