As of yesterday afternoon, e-mails from my Hotmail account are no longer coming through to my Curve. I have not changed anything about my phone, or my e-mail account. (Texts are coming through just fine, and I can check e-mail on my computer with no problem.) I can't get into Verizon BIS because I don't remember my password--I tried their "forgot password" link, but they never sent it to my phone.

I know that Hotmail requires a new password every few months if you want to keep e-mails coming to your Blackberry, but usually they send you an e-mail asking you to update, so I don't think it's that.

Anybody else having a similar problem? Maybe it's a temporary issue?

You may have to ask the people who handle your Carrier's BIS service to "validate" your hotmail account. I had the same problem a few weeks ago.

Thanks. I actually ended up doing a battery pull and that fixed the problem, at least for the moment!
