Default Removing Enterprise Settings from BB 8300 curve

Please Login to Remove!
My bb handheld is enterprise activated and now I want to remove the enterprise settings from my device, as they are no longer needed and so that I could upgrade my software (whic is 4.2 currently), will deleting the desktop services from the service book help.
Please guide me.

OP, I used to have an 8820 with the same issue. I followed the procedure provided by Dubdub and it worked like a charm.
