Default Quick question about updates

Please Login to Remove!

If I update my phones os via the usb cable and my computer, will it at any point use wireless data. I dont want to use up alot of it as I only opted for the 200mb package with att. Thanks

Updating the OS via the USB cable doesn't use your data. In fact, the very first thing the update does (before backing up your data) is to turn the radio off...

thanks I got nervous when a message popped up on my computer that said data charges may apply
