Default Suddenly all the BB in the office cannot read/open docs that are attachments

Please Login to Remove!

I have a group of users who all suddenly cannot open pdfs, docs, and xml files from their blackberry emails. 8 users total, purchased all seperate times (some of them are as young as 2 months, some as old as 5 years) and all are experienceing the same thing.

Any ideas on what causes this, how to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening?

Welcome to the forums. Are you using a BES or BESx server in your office?

If so, is the attachment service running on the server?

Actually, we are using the BIS, internet service to connect to a external mail account to get the email. Emails come in, the blackberries show the attachment, but the file is "unassociated" question mark. And the response is "cannot open this file" or something to that effect.
