Can't sync address book
 

I have a 8330 and have managed to have 2 address books I am having blackberry problem and getting a new one i am trying to sync my contacts but it will only sync one Both are called address book one list as wireless sync unavailable I have tried to figure how to merge change ones name with no luck I have over 300 contacts in the one that will not sync

I have the same problem with my 8310 Curve. Happened after BES service resent service books. Everything works but I cannot get the address book with the addresses I want and need to sync to Outlook. Thankfully, I have it backed up but I bet they are going to tell me I need to wipe it and start over. Seems ridiculous that it won't sync the correct address book. I think it fails to see it following the new service book update. Let me know if you find a solution and vice versa...
