I can charge it all day, get the charge full, and an hour later my phone is completely dead. Once its dead i cant get it to turn back on. It wont even turn on when i plug it in to my computer or charger. the red light isnt coming on and the screen doesnt light up. theres no water damage or any kind of damage to my phone. what can I do to fix this?
