I have been to the sprint store and been on the phone with tec support 3 time apeice trying to figure this out. In the middle of doing things on my phone it reboots itself and then has a little clock come up and then comes back on and all my direct contacts are gone. Then I have to reinstall my contacts from my sim card and then my contacts have duplcates of peoples names, some with all the info and some without. I don't want to keep installing this all the time. Only had this phone a month and sprint store is full of morons. Please help

What is "in the middle of doing things"?

What are "direct contacts"? What are non-direct contacts?

Are you using facebook or google apps or anything that interacts with your contacts?

If you open contacts > menu > options, what contact lists do you have?
