So I have a BB Curve 8320 from T-mobile. I've had it for 3 years, but I haven't been using it for at least 6 months because of this reoccurring issue. I bought this phone used and there weren't any problems. One day I bought a new battery off eBay and a few months later my phone would shut off occasionally when I received a text, phone call, etc or when I used it. When it shut off, that red light would be on for about 3-5 seconds and then disappear. Then when I turned the phone back on, my battery life would be either half or gone. This problem got worse which is why I stopped using it, but I want to try to sell the phone and I was wondering if anyone knows the problem? Thanks

I think you may have a bad battery, mine was doing basically the same thing and I got a new battery and the problem stopped.
