Default Computer does not recognize BB Curve 8310

Please Login to Remove!

I have had a BB Curve for over a year and have been synching it with this computer on an almost daily basis. Today, the computer would not "recognize the device".

I have upgraded in recent weeks to the newest OS and have upgraded Desktop Manager.

Since getting this error, I have removed the battery of the curve and restarted it.

Rebooted the computer.

Reinstalled the Destop Manager.

Nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Remove the media (SD) card and see if it will connect.

Delete the current version of DM and go back to the previous version to see if it will connect with that one.
