hello again, my email has stopped working on my 8310..have not received emails in a while, but can send..any suggestions ?

Do you have a good signal?

1. Battery pull? With the device on, pull the battery for 30 to 60 seconds, reinsert and let the device boot.

2. Re-register with host routing table.

3. Resend service books.

still not getting any emails....any new suggestions..?
