Hey all,

I am new to blackberry and just picked up a used 8330. Everything seems to be working but it does not have an icon for the internet. Is there somewhere I could download this to my phone. I installed the computer program and it says I am up to date but still no internet icon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The browser icon will appear once Verizon activates your BlackBerry Data plan.

It gets added automatically when you switch your service over to the device.
Couldn't hurt to call them anyway.

If you have a data plan w/your carrier & your bb is compatible, you need to go to setup & turn on the network.
