email won't sync/bb shuts it down
Hope someone can help. When I sync my BB to Microsoft Outlook, it syncs the addresses perfectly and whenever there is a conflict with the a calendar entry and I hit put certain information in both places, the Desktop Manager shuts down. I have Windows 7. What can I do to get my sync back!? thoughts?

What version of Outlook?

What version of DM?

Are you still using an 8130? Since that is a CDMA device, it can't be on AT&T. Or do you have an 8300? Please update your profile to show the correct device. People post in the wrong section, so I am making sure of the device number.

have the curve 8310. Inverted the numbers in my profile...fixed now..thanks! any ideas? I am using Outlook 2007.

Have you tried reconfiguring DM for the calendar info?

Tried a battery pull on the BB?

What version of DM?

DM 4.6, Took the battery out and it didn't help. I redid the calendar info several times. I did read somewhere that with Windows 2007, the sync only worked from Outlook to the BB and that they were working on it, but hadn't fixed it yet. Do you know of anything like that?
