unsupported browser

I keep getting the message I have an unsupported b owser when I try to go to the net. Anyone have the same problem? How do I correct this ?

First of all,which device are you using? The section you posted in is for the 8300 yet your profile says 8830.

Do you have a BB data plan?

Which browser are you using?

I have Cellular South as my carrier. I have their data plan.

Go to Options>Advanced>Browser. What are options under default browser?

Also, please clarify: do you have a generic data plan from the carrier, or the BB data plan (BIS)?
