8330 Voice Mail not accessible
 

BlackBerry 8330 - Boost Mobile Network

3 weeks ago i had my cell number changed and when Boost Mobile changed my number i was able to change my area code...........so i did so!
Because it's an area code closest to my contact information......

Once the number was changed everything transfered fine........ except the voice mail.......
Boost reset the pass code to the 7 digit cell number........ which once dialed in says........."invalid code"......... had the number/code reset multiple times with no luck.......

Boost Mobil tech uninstalled and reinstalled the voice mail and I'm still not able to access the voice mail...... They worked on it while i was on teh phone with them for 2-day and i sat on the phone with them fro hours with no luck!

Anyone have any suggestions or solutions?

Press the Green call button
Press the BlackBerry menu key and scroll to Options
Select Voice Mail
Does the "Access Number" match your phone number?
