hey, i've been trying to get my bbm to work but it doesnt so im not sure if im doing it right.
When I updated me 8310 it said it was installed, it's even there when i go in advance options and applications, but in my menu, the icon is not there not even when i click show hidden, I just cant access it :(

Do you have a BB data plan? If not call AT&T and have them add it.

If yes, do a battery pull and resend your service books.
