A few months ago I lost all of my calendar entries and now I want to prevent my wife from doing the same.
I recently helped my wife backup her BB Curve 8300. She is using Desktop Manager 18.104.22.168
After completing the backup, I clicked "Advanced" and looked at the data, and it showed no calendar entries. After we unhooked it from the computer, I opened her calendar, verified that there were indeed calendar entries, then looked at the "options" menu within the calendar and at the bottom it said: "Number of entries: 0"
How do I fix this?
I know, someone will say, "you should upgrade to the newer desktop manager." Well, that would require teaching her how to use new/different software. Second, when I do that, it still won't save any calendar entries, and if I update the device software, it will save all data, wipe the device, install the update, then restore the data. Unfortunately, it will save zero calendar entries. (That is what happened to me).
