Smile Application loader PROBLEM

Please Login to Remove!

Ok now the application loader says there are no apps on my phone,while its true I did not personally download any the phone did come with some as well they seem to send me some and some I would like to get rid of , but I can't get this thing to accept this !

If you're getting rid of apps, why not do it from the phone?

You need to be sure that the DEVICE OS is installed on the computer.
