| NO SERVICE help Please Login to Remove! Hello I am trying to get my bb8310 to work with Fido and all is well on their end. However, I cannot find any networks, it is an unlocked AT&T phone and noone seems to be able to tell me what settings on phone I need. The best help I had was from AT&T which was a 76 minute phone call. She had me master reset, update, power reset, pull the sim card, etc... Blackberry was no help at all, just flubbed me off to AT&T and Fido said I have to call blackberry to get settings changed as it is not a fido phone. Where I live has Tbaytel and they run off Rogers, same with fido, and yet no matter what I try I cannot connect. Oh yeah, brand new fido sim card yesterday and I have never used this phone and I have verified that it is unlocked. Please help. |
