Anyone that would pay $1100 for an iPhone or $800 for a Blackberry deserves to be scammed!

Thumbs up

Adam has unlocked about 8 of my phones, and every time has come through perfectly. He is quick, straight to the point and gets it done right the first time every time.

Thanks Adam !

I ordered my unlocking code and got it 4 hours later. Very happy with the service.

There has been a delay with getting international Blackberry codes. This affects anyone that offers a service like mine.

Can you provide any more information to the people who have paid for the codes Adam? Like ETA, etc?

That would be appreciated

What is the exact benefit of unlocking your Blackberry. I just got a curve from AT&T - what is the reason i would want to unlock it?

Greetings and Welcome to the Forum!

In the US, phone come "locked" to the protocol of the carrier that you bought it from . In the event you want to use it with T-Mobile as an example, it would not work as it does not receive their signal out of the box as it's locked to only allow the AT&T network to connect.

The reason to unlock any cell phone is to allow you to use it on other GSM networks. In this case there are only two in the US. T-Mobile and AT&T.

That said, any GSM phone from any carrier will work perfectly on the other carriers cellular network. Thereby allowing you to choose the best service for you.

It's not worth the trouble if you are new, and with AT&T you have coverage. If however on the other hand, you were with T-Mobile who does not have the Curve for sale, you could by one from AT&T, have it unlocked and then use it on T-Mobile.

Not true. There are quite a few other GSM carriers in the US. Unicel, Suncom, Dobson/Cellular One, and others. I use an unlocked TMobile BB on Unicel in Oregon (no bb data, however.)

the benefit is not blackberry specific -- unlocking just means you can use the phone with a SIM from a different carrier.

Adam, for the people who have pre-paid for the 6/5 unlock service, what can we expect? Haven't heard from you....and we're now 4 days over.....do you have an ETA?

Noticed, you've changed the info on your site to 7-10 days now......I just want to know what to expect please....
