I need the game rooster on my 8300 but I can't find it anywhere. The only place to download it is from mobile.blackberry.com and they no longer have it. Is there any way to bring it from my 8700 to 8300?

Yea, it would have transferred over using the Switch Device Wizard when you put the 8300 to use. If you have a backup of the 8700, you should be able to restore it from there as well.

Your making the assumption that the game is supported on the 8300. Since the 8300 was just released it is quite possible that it is not yet supported.

Correct. As far as I know rooster won't go beyond 4.1.0 support.

Works on my Pearl with 4.2 - no trackball support, but then we are speaking of a game where a flightless bird runs across the worst-designed desert roadway...
