hello everyone i looked around and didnt see anyone who posted a related topic, so hopfully all of you guys and gals can help...

first off when i hold in the 1 key it asks me what my access number is to reach my voicemail, is it my phone number or something else?

secondly up at the top in the recent calls where it says my number, it doesnt have my phone number it has unknown. does anyone know why it does that?

and i know these are not problems bc i went threw one curve already and now my second and they both have done this...please help thanks in advance...

1- Your carrier would have that. Offhand I don't know the one for Cingy/Att, and sometimes they are regional numbers.
2-Options > SIM Card. Click to edit and type in your phone number with +1 first.
3-Slow down on the Curves, save one for the rest of us.

1-thanks alot but when i called them they had no idea what i was talking about...is it the number that is in my call forwarding next to unanswered calls?

2-when i go to options menu and i see how it says unknown number when i try to type in mine it asks for a pin2 code?

On mine, the voicemail number and the call forwarding for busy, unanswered calls are two different numbers. Really--tell your carrier you simply want the voicemail access number for your area, don't try to explain to the it is for a BlackBerry etc, their head might burst.
At Options > Advanced > SIM card, you should click menu for the choice to EDIT SIM PHONE NUMBER, not the choice to CHANGE PIN2 CODE.
