Curve - SIM Card Error/Exchanging web order at retail?
For hours tonight my phone said SIM card error instead of AT&T - obviously couldn't not make calls.
I am extremely dissapointed.
This is the same phone that froze yesterday out of nowhere and wouldn't let me answer a call.
And my husband's phone is great, go figure.
Since AT&T has been shut since 10pm, anyone know if you bought the phone on web order, if you can exchange it at a retail store, or does it have to be done online or by mail?
I can tell you if you bought it through business premier you cannot just go into a store for exchange.
1.)remove your battery and put it back, if the problem still exists then,
2.)get the sim from your husbands phone and put it in your phone see if it gets the same error, and then switch it back.
That should help.
