Im kind of a BB noob. Just got my 8300 verizon carrier. I installed the software and connected the BB to my xp computer via USB. I click the device in roxios media software and open the ringtones folder however it doesnt show me any files. It says change your filter settings to see anything and the filter is set for show all files. When I try to transfer an mp3 to the folder it tells me there's no room on the BB but theres 14 megs of space available. What am I doing wrong?

I think you are in the wrong forum with this one, you don't have an 8300 if you have Verizon, you have an 8830 I bet, try posting this in the 8800 forum to get some better answers. The Curve is a GSM only device and Verizon is not a GSM carrier.
