I have had a few dropped calls. Is their a way to change settings or can ATT fix poor reception. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I believe it is structure (if you are inside a structure, type, etc.) and tower dependent (nearness to one, number of). I am uncertain how you can increase reception by settings in the device or if this can even be done. Have you looked at the coverage map for your area? Is there a particular time of day, or location where you have experienced these dropped calls? More cellular towers means better reception. Unfortunately this is provider driven. Have you contacted AT&T to see if they are experiencing any technical difficulties or if others have called in complaining of dropped calls?
