anyone using the 8300 as a bluetooth modem?

I can't seem to find any info anywhere. I'm using windows vista, and no matter how hard I try, I get 2 unknown bluetooth devices that vista cannot detect when I get my phone connected.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the version of Desktop Manager installed? Vista will not find any drivers for bluetooth device from the English only SP2 install. Figured I would try the multilanguage, since I do have the current SmarTone software installed on my curve. I know it probably doesn't matter, but I figured I would keep trying anything I can come up with.

I'm also using VISTA and a BB 8830 I install the most recent os BB 8830 CDMA Devices: Pkg v4.2.2.271/App v4.2.2.148/Plt 3.0.0.67. When I look at the device manager it has a "Other Deivices" that has two "Bluetooth Peripherals Device that are not functioning becase that need drives. Any time I Pair the devices it will reinstall the two Bluetooth devices and ask for a driver

I just got my 8320 and was hoping to eliminate my Cingular Edge on my laptop which never works for more than 3 minutes. But thus far all XP can see is my phone.
