Default Media not showing all mp3

Anyone else notice a problem with the Media player on the Curve not showing all their mp3's?

I have several audio programs that are 6 CD's in length. Each CD has from 6 to 12 individual MP3.

To organize them, I save each CD to its own folder.

When I copy the folder (including mp3s) to the 8300, only some of the MP3's show up when I open Media on the BB.

When connected to the Media Manager I can see them all.

Seems like either a problem recognizing folders within the music folder or some other bug.

Anyone else see this problem?

Default Not showing all mp3s in Media Player

Yes, I have the same problem. If I choose the "explore" option from media browser homepage, I see all the folders listed, but from the itunes-style music browser on the blackberry, I only see 60% of my music. Why isn't it showing all my tunes?
Hmmm

by the way, I luuuuuuv the curve.

Default media player not showing all mp3's

I had this same problem. My fix was to reset the device a couple of times by removing the battery. I noticed I had to do it since I had so many mp3's on the memory card. To make things easier I installed the SoftReset program so I could just reset the device without taking the battery out every time. In a few resets all your mp3s should appear.

Try re-seating the Micro SD card.

Yes, even though it may be installed correctly, you may need to re-seat it anyway. I've had three different 8300s and a few 8830s and 8800s where this happened. This was also with different Micro SD cards too.
