Browser error when trying to view Facebook mobile site

Hey everyone,
I recently purchased a Rogers 8300 and have been LOVING it until I discovered this rather odd problem with the browser. When I browse to "http://m.facebook.com" (Facebook's mobile-optimized web site), I receive the following error as a pop-up in the browser: "The selected server returned an error when attempting to fulfill your request." This happens every time. I have re-set all of my Browser settings and STILL am having the problem. I have cleared the cache and cookies and despite all that the same problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
I have noticed the mobile site to be dreadfully slow on my pearl, to the point where I dont bother with it anymore... I use blackberry emulation, have you tried changing that around?

Under your broswer(can't spell all of a sudden) settings advanced->broswer what is your default. On att here, turned off the media one here(sucks slow to load) and use the browser labeled internet browser and it runs fine for me

Aha. I think you found it! The Browser was set to BlackBerry Browser, which might have been the problem. I changed it to Internet Browser and am trying now.
Hmm strange I only have media net and internet browser. Hmm my options for the first option in advanced is media, media, internet broswer. Any idea how I get the bb one back?
I think the att guys screwed it up when I took it in andthey gave me a different sim and pulled the battery in the middle of surfing. Any idea how to correct it? I like bb's fast text only browser

Success!!! The problem was that I was using the BlackBerry Browser instead of Internet Browser as the default option in Options > Advanced Options > Browser
Thanks so much!!!!! Now I can endlessly feed my Facebook addiction!
