Default Hi There - Email Not Being Forwarded To Device

Please Login to Remove!

Can someone point me in the direction of a thread that troubleshoots mail being forwarded to the BB 8300?

I've got my Gmail and another POP being forwarded (at least I think I've got it setup correctly) to my BB email but I'm not getting anything.

Though I can send emails just fine, I'm not getting any in my inbox on the BB.

Thanks

Then I am betting you don't have them setup correctly. Why don't you make it easy on us, and let us know how you have it setup, and then get a response on how to fix?

via bis?

do you have any filters? Do you have in the general.
If filters any activated: (pharaphrased)
a) send mail
b) don't send mail

and then in each specific filter
you must enable or disable pushing to the device. I believe that's how it goes.

Hi and thanks for the replies felllas...

My settings in BIS are that I have each account setup to forward any mail to the device via the Filters setting...including my @mycingular.bb.net email address.

I'm still not getting any mail pushed through :(
