When I to set the keypad lock and the lock icon is not highlighted...When I unlock it always opens the application that was higlighted when I pressed alt-ent. Of course when I scroll to the lock icon this doesn't happen...because lock is not an application. This applies to all four of the preloaded themes. Anybody else run into this? It's the best device I've owned.

I am having the same problem and hoping that there is a way to disable this feature. I have the 8830 and it's my first BlackBerry, so I am constantly learining new things about it. I keep the phone in my pocket versus using the holster, so hopefully there's a quick and easy fix for this.
