TMO issue on new Roger's OS -- Need service books perhaps?
I upgraded to the Roger's OS last night, and ever since, no TZONES or BROWSER icon.


Browser is selected and pre-checked in the APP LOADER.

Emails are working fine on the device.

BIS on TMO's website has been down since last night, so I can't even log in and re send service books or something.

Any help?

Try: Options xxx8211; advanced options xxx8211; Host routing table xxx8211; register now

Did that also. It was already registered. But did it again anyways. No success

If TMo's BIS site has been down it's possible that's why the service books aren't pushing down. If the register now doesn't work you may need to call them and ask them to push your service books.

I could never get the service books with AT&T's OS. I decided not to even try to the Roger's OS as I figured the same would happen. The only OS that worked for me was the one from O2. I have all my service books, browsers and email.
