I assume you have the calender sync'd with your outlook? Why not just set up desktop manager to import your calender to your phone.(import not sync to avoid accidently deleting the cal events in outlook as well)*syncronize > Configuration > Configure Sync > select cal then hit change, import to handheld.
There is a known bug with the calender and sync'ing and reminders, currently and RIM has said there is no ETR. |
It isn't sync'd with any other calendar. its just on the blackberry because I don't feel like spending the money to get Outlook 2007 when I have Windows Mail now.. they don't use Outlook anymore as a default program. I have four computers so it is a hassle to sync all of that up with them. Plus, I don't use Outlook for email anyways since I have yahoo & a work email (using groupwise) that can connect through a pop3 server. no need for outlook. otherwise I would import everything from Outlook from the desktop manager.
I set up my email through cingular.com/blackberrystart because I have BIS. After I did that, I resent my service books. Then I scrolled down to read the activation message I get when I do that. as I was doing that, it froze and then unfroze and somehow ended up in my calendar on the main screen where it came up with an error message about how my calendar will be deleted externally and will be reset. there was not a yes or no with this. then my phone automatically restarted and I had no calendar entries. so thats why I am asking what happened considering all I did was add an email address!
I am using the BB Dimension Today theme.
