Default Flimsy plastic

I have had the curve for about 4 days now and it is solid and no problems that have been documented on here. Has anyone noticed the plastic above the t and the y is super flimsy? I don't see it as a problem, well hopefully.

I don't notice that on mine. The only thing I notice, actually, is when I am typing with both hands, the battery cover seems to smoosh into the phone a little...e.g. it isn't as tight as it should be.

Nice avatar btw. Columbus here.
