I have the 8700 currently and will eventually be upgrading, i believe to the 8300. My question to all of you pros is, how long would you wait to see if the next production batch has remedied any of the initial glitches/issues that have been highlighted throughout the forum thus far.

I jumped on the 8700 right away and wish I had waited to see if they would eventually fix the "dust in the screen" thing. of course I didn't know that would be an issue when i first bought it.
