Im using a new 8300 and my webclient email address is filling up. so i went to mailbox - options - email reconciliation - and instead of having the typical options to delete from both "handheld and mailbox" it has no options. any ideas ?

when i installed desktop 4.2 to get media manager, it replaced my 4.0

if i download 4.0 wont i lose media manager?

problem solved. email reconciliation wasnt enabled at Rogers. they had to enable it and resend service book. thanks for the help
