Default e-mail confirmation

my Curve just came in today and completely blows away my old treo and blackjack.

where do you go to turn off the e-mail confirmation. i sent up my gmail and everytime i e-mail out i get a dup confirming my sent mail. anway to get rid of this?

Or you could just click on "hide sent messages" in your mailbox/options/general options section. That way they are still available on your bb if you need to find one at some point by just unhiding them again.

His duplicate Gmail messages are not a read receipt issue. The answer posted earlier will solve his problem, turning off receipts will not.
