Default Back light - ?

Please Login to Remove!

New BB/Curve user. Love it, but the back light never seems to be on when I need it (like in the dark). I thought it was dependent on ambiant light. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Weird but it seems to get better over time. Mine almost never came on either initially. At least not unless it was pitch black wherever I was. I started forcing it by covering the sensor (message thing). Now it seems to come on by itself when it should.
