Default Standby button defect

The standby button on top of my curve, unlike the other buttons, is flush with the surrounding plastic or even slightly depressed, making it less accessible. Is this a manufacturing defect, or is it the same for others too?

Thanks.

It might not be the same as other models, but in the Curves I've seen, it's the same. Mine is the same...flush, to slightly indented. Works fine for me.
