I am a brand new BB user. (NOOB ALERT) I have always used Palm until now, but I just got tired of the workarounds you had to do to get them to do things.

Anyway, I am not sure what I have done, but when I read emails now the background has blue and white diagonal stripes. I unloaded the Ka-Glom and Chess games that I had installed thinking maybe they were doing something odd with the graphics chip. But that didn't seem to be it. I have reset the darn thing and that doesn't help either.

Any thoughts on where I might start to trouble shoot this?

I did search for this but could not find anything using the key words I was searching on.

Options > Security Options > General Settings

Under Message Background Colors, set them to none for whichever one is specified (Enterprise or Other).
