I bought the Curve a week ago with the price tag of $99.

Now it's only $46.22, can I call them to be refunded the difference? Thanks

Per their "Post-Order Price Guarantee" they'll refund the diff if it's within 30 days.

I bought it at $99.99, and when I saw today it went to $44.99 I submitted a request.

this price is only when u have a brand new contract with them, does it count for people who have cingular and have been out of contract for over a year? cuz im willing to renew contract for 2 years

I'm in the same situation. I ordered a Curve last week and a day or two after I ordered the price dropped.

I emailed Amazon and they just replied and stated that they would be refunding the difference.

In order to contact Amazon, I clicked on the "Help" link at the top right of their web site, then clicked on the "Customer Service" link to the right, this link is inside a box labeled "Contact Us" to the right of the page.

Make sure you have your order number ready in order to get your refund.

Thanks to Yeager for bringing the 30 day price guarantee to our attention, I was banging my head when I saw the price drop.

If I purchased through an AT&T store, and I'm still within 30-days... can I get a price match using the Amazon price?

If not? If I return it to the At&t store and rebuy on Amazon, can I keep the number?

Your answers probably depend on whether you are a new or existing customer, and whether you are a Premier customer. AT&T tends to play things pretty much "by the rules" for non-Premier customers (and to a great degree for Premier customers too, although there may be a little more subjectivity). If you are a new customer and return the phone, you'll be closing the account, which would likely mean the number gets turned off.

Actually that would be a no on the price match. the AT&T store would not match the price on the phones when I was trying to purchase them and I'm sure they are not going to match them after you have already bought them. Sorry...

Correction I just upgraded to the Curve on Amazon for "FREE" and saved $30 a month on my monthly plan. The $44.99 I paid was for the first month of my phone plan (1350 minutes @ $44.99) this is $30 a month cheaper then my current 1250 minute plane. What a deal!
