My email inbox is only showing messages back to 6/16, although I have some older emails on my outlook inbox going back several months. Wireless synching is otherwise working well. I can't see a menu option that limits this - anyone know what the problem is?

It will only populate back whatever the default on your BES/Exchange setup is. I think the most it can be is 15 days. Only way to get longer than that is if you had a previously activated handheld and restored an old backup.
