Does anyone know how to do a Master Reset on the 8300? I have tried to do a Hard Reset, but that does not work for what I am trying to do. I accidentally linked my blackberry to my work laptop and since I have a work blackberry, I have the software on my work laptop and it viewed my personal blackberry as a business blackberry and placed all of the security features my job has on my personal. So now, I am trying to remove the security features. Anybody able to HELP?!

I believe if you go under security options and hit the menu button you get a choice to "wipe handheld" it asks you to type blackberry and then wiped the berry clean. Try that?

It's going to be A LOT more difficult than that unfortunately. The IT Policy has now been placed on your phone and can never be totally removed. You best bet at this point is to explain what happened to your IT Department and beg them to send you a BLANK IT POLICY. If they are not willing to do this you will have follow the lengthy process outlined several times on this board. Search for "Removing IT Policy".
