Please Login to Remove!
Please Help - Is there a way to hide applications on the main page? or even move them around? Choose which ones i want to have displayed?

Yes. Click the menu button on the app and move/hide to your heart's content.

how do 5 get them off though? delete them with out the desk top manager? Is that possible?

Options _> Advanced Options -> Applications -> Hit menu button and delete the ones you want to.
