Question newbie questions

Please Login to Remove!

im a total newbie, i did this two years ago for a razr and figured out a ton of things through the forums so im not a complete newbie ....
okay i have some questions

1, how do i get started? my roxio media for blackberry doesnt recognize the device but the desktop manager does ... what am i doing wrong?
2, how do you install themes? are there other applications to manage BBs?

this will get me started if someone can help me out!

1. Do you have mass storage enabled? Options > Advanced > Media Card. Then when your BB is connected via USB, all you have to do is open the media card like an attached storage device and drag and drop your files over.

my major was BFC, not sure they even have it anymore,.. Broadcast Film Communication, 1983.
